About
Hi, I'm Ted.
I'm a CFO with experience across B2B manufacturing, M&A, and building financial infrastructure in growing companies. I've built the models, dashboards, and reporting systems that boards and investors actually rely on. Now I help other companies do the same.
Before that, I spent several years in group business controlling and FP&A at one of Europe's largest listed real estate companies, with a gross asset value exceeding 350 billion SEK. I built and owned the model that tracked shareholder value across all share classes, including dividend structures and dilution scenarios. I was part of the team behind one of the year's largest European real estate transactions, handling auditor communication and reporting on the pre- and post-acquisition impact on group financials. That's where I learned what institutional-grade financial discipline actually looks like up close.

Through my holding company I also invest in Nordic B2B and industrial companies outside of consulting engagements. I'm drawn to businesses with strong fundamentals that need better financial tooling to unlock the next stage.
